DISPATCHER on Maui
We have a full time and part time opening for a highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as a DISPATCHER on Maui.
MECHANIC on Maui and Oahu
We have a full time and part time opening for a highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as a "Mechanic".
AIRPORT GREETERS
Provide outstanding, friendly customer service to guests upon arrival to Honolulu and assist them with Shuttle reservations. Initiate new reservations with emphasis on the sale of return trips. Work closely with dispatchers to monitor changes in arrival times. Must be professional in appearance and maintain a positive, friendly personality at all times. Must have cash handling experience, previous sales experience preferred.
DRIVERS
Safely transport customers in our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 11-passenger vehicles. Educate passengers with regard to local information. Ensure that vehicles are clean, have ample fuel, and are properly maintained. Must possess a valid Hawaii Driver's License and have 2 years of experience driving a company vehicle for an employer. Must provide a current Traffic Abstract with no moving violations in the last 3 years (10 years for DUI/DWI).
RESERVATIONISTS
Answers all incoming calls as efficiently and quickly as possible using available rates and information. Initiation of new reservations with emphasis on the sale of returns, upgrades and extra services. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be available to work flexible hours, which includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work under pressure.
